Maple wood is classified as a hardwood since it comes from the maple tree, which is deciduous. Some of the most popular applications for maple wood are furniture, floors, and cabinets. Because maple is resilient and has a grain that is compatible with many stains, it is a popular choice for cabinets and can be used in both classic and contemporary designs.
