An end panel is provided on the side of a cabinet that is visible to give it greater visual appeal. Since they do not alter the structure of the cabinet in any way but are essentially decorative, they are easy to work with and make a significant visual impact. End panels are only used on cabinets that are exposed to view, since cabinets against the wall don’t need to have this finishing touch.
