Awesome company to work with, the people were very professional, courteous and they followed through with all correspondence. That's something that a person doesn't find much these days. The cabinets look great and were easy to put together. Word of mouth advertising from me will be five stars.

I was worried about ordering 5k+ over the internet, basically sight unseen. I found this company through Craigslist. I did as much research as I could, but there's not a lot out there about this company. I called and emailed the company and had my architect call them. All seemed well- so I bit the bullet and ordered. So happy I did! The company is super communicative. Cabinets are high quality. No complaints, just thrilled with what we got.

These are amazing cabinets and Nelson is a great company to work with. We were a little skeptical about the RTA products, but these cabinets are as close to a good quality factory cabinet as you can get. All the components are precision machine "dado", so they can be fully glued using Pony bar and strap clamps. The lacquer finish is amazing, all the inside ply finish is clear-coated, top-of-the-line self-closing hardware, etc... The packaging was very detailed and secure having no damage.

This is the 3 rd entire kitchen of cabinets I have ordered from Nelson Cabinetry, I can not say enough good about the cabinets or this company. In the past I have always ordered either Kraftmade or Thomasville cabinets for homes that I have bought to resale, and the cabinets form Nelson in my opinion are far better quality! The cabinets are cheaper in price as well, even with all the promotions they run for the other cabinets. If you have the ability and talent to assemble these cabinets, then there is no question, this is the cabinets to purchase. Normally I have ordered on a Monday and have had the cabinets as early as that Friday, with the delays in shipping right now, they are still only about 2 weeks out. You will not be disappointed with these cabinets. Everyone that see them, loves the look and and quality. Allen at Nelson is super to work with, he will go out of his way to make everything right or correct any issues if they should arise. I will continue to buy and use these cabinets whenever I install shaker cabinets, Awesome Cabinets!!

It's been a little over a year since the cabinets were installed and I'm still happy. During the purchasing and receiving everything was smooth. There were a few pieces from an entire kitchen order that were damaged during shipping but replacements were provided with good communication and pictures of the damage. Very happy with quality for the price.

We placed a rather large order from Nelson’s Cabinetry. I cant say enough about their customer service. A real person will answer the phone. If they miss a call they will call you back within minutes. Mr. Nelson (I think) helped me with the design and plans. Extremely helpful. We did have several issues come up with the carriers. Certainly not their fault. Damage to several pieces. We just took pictures and sent them via email. Almost immediately they sent replacements. The quality of their cabinets are amazing.
